Home inspections start at $405. Most single-family homes fall between $405 and $600, depending on square footage, age, and property type. Larger or older homes cost more because they take more time to inspect thoroughly.
Your fee covers a full inspection of the home's structure, roof, attic, electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling systems, a same-day review with your inspector, and a detailed photo report emailed the next day as a PDF.
Radon testing is $205 when added to a home inspection. Standalone radon testing is available at a higher rate.
A sewer scope inspection is $235 when bundled with a home inspection, or $355 as a standalone service. It includes video, photos of any issues, and a digital report.
Plan for about 1.2 hours per 1,000 square feet. A 2,500 sq ft home takes roughly 3 hours. Your report is emailed the next day so the inspector can fully review every photo and finding.
