Home inspections with Total House Inspection start at $405. The final price depends on the home's size, age, type, and accessibility. Add-on services are priced separately: radon testing is $205 with an inspection and sewer scope inspection is $235 with an inspection ($355 standalone).
Basic covers the core home inspection. Premium adds limited thermal imaging, gas leak detection, a lifetime HomeBinder account, plus your choice of sewer camera inspection or radon testing. Platinum includes everything in Premium and gives you both the sewer camera inspection and radon testing — our best-value package.
Yes. The Platinum Pack includes both radon testing and a sewer camera inspection. The Premium Pack includes one of the two, your choice. Both can also be added to any inspection à la carte — radon is $205 and sewer is $235 when booked with an inspection.
