Reference Addendum Video – A new feature added for the buyer’s real estate agent to help them with the home inspection process.
Once the inspection report is ready and uploaded, the buyer’s real estate agent has the option to log in and create the reference addendum to be added to their own Inspection Addendum. No more copy and paste, everything can be done within the agent dashboard, reducing the agent time in creating the addendum. Furthermore the Reference Addendum will also have pictures, real estate agents can add other requests by the home buyer.
