Total House Inspection LLC

Total House Inspection LLC was founded in 2010 with one goal in mind “To help home buyers make a better decision when purchasing a home.”

The home buying process is not an easy one. Finding a real estate agent, a mortgage company, and finding the perfect home in the desired location are steps that the buyer needs to take into consideration. Then after months of homes viewed (and maybe some houses lost due to multiple offers), the buyer has finally found the perfect home. But now there are other questions that most buyers have in mind. That’s where a home inspection company comes in.

What defects am I not seeing? What is the condition of the roof, furnace, and water heater? Is anything wrong with the foundation of the house? This is the time when you want to hire a professional home inspection company. Total House Inspection can help you present a better picture of the house that you are purchasing, answering any concerns you might have, presenting a report of all the issues found during the inspection, and making a list of all the necessary maintenance. We can also perform radon testing and sewer inspections at an additional cost to ensure that no dangers exist.

Total House Inspection follows the Standard of Practice Inspecting Residential Homes by NACHI.
