Total House Inspections records the model numbers of your built-in home appliances and HVAC systems. The Model Number Algorithm (MNA) matches your appliances against the RecallChek database of recalled items. RecallChek issues a report, separate from the home inspection report and emails it to you.

This service provides homeowners with valuable information on how to receive FREE repairs from manufacturers in the event a recalled appliance is found. The service has compiled a list of more than 195 million recalls from public records and created an online database, so you can find out if you have dangerous defects in your home appliances. The 90 Day Main Sewer and Water Line Warranty is FREE on all of our complete home inspections for home buyers. This warranty covers failures in the main sewer line and main water line from the structure to the service connection. SewerGard is the only coverage available for the exterior water and sewer lines (exclusions apply) against failure from normal wear and tear.

Coverage for line breakage, collapses or significant leaks that affect the functionality of the homes sewer and water systems. SewerGard is offered for a period of 90 days following the date of inspection, or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later.

The Mold Safe policy is valid for 90 days after the inspection or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later.
