This depends upon the size and condition of the home. You can usually figure 1.2 hours for every 1,000 square feet. For example, a 2,500 square foot house would take about 3 hours. If the company also produces the report at your home, that will take an additional 30-50 minutes. Our home inspection reports with pictures will be emailed to the client the next day in a form of a pdf file, or a download link. This way the home inspector has enough time to review all pictures, and all comments from the home inspection.
