I was apprehensive about buying home. Knowing that an inspection can find a laundry list of issues that need to be, or will eventually need to be fixed is daunting. Thankfully Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and helped by literally walking around the house and talking about everything that he found. Both good and "bad".

I now have the peace of mind going forward with this home purchase that I will have a safe place to raise my family. The detailed report he and Total House provide not only tell me what needs to be fixed now, but what I'll need to do to help maintain my new home.

He produced a detailed summary of the issues detected, repairs needed as well as any potential future maintenance required for the house. He took his time to explain all issues to me and answered questions in a very professional and courteous manner. It was delight to work with him. The document that he produced will come in handy for future updates to the house.

John Reed did an exceptional job. He thoroughly explained all of his findings and provided clear, detailed recommendations. As a first-time homebuyer, I felt completely at ease with him. He was incredibly diligent throughout the home inspection and sewer scan processes. I was particularly impressed that he delivered the report to me the very same day.
