Maintenance Home Inspection

Maintenance Home Inspection

A home maintenance inspection is essentially the same as a standard home inspection, but the inspection is done for the existing homeowner. Most of the owners have been in their homes for a few years, and they may or may not have had their home inspected at the time they purchased it. Home inspections can identify problems that crop up over time, and homeowners can ask if particular problems they have noticed — such as cracked concrete or uneven doors that no longer close properly — should be fixed or left alone. Homeowners can also have a property inspector perform radon testing or get a sewer inspection performed.

Please note that we do not test appliances during a maintenance home inspection. Homeowners already know about every little issue with their appliances, but we do inspect the installation of the appliances if requested.
