The 90 Day Main Sewer and Water Line Warranty is FREE on all of our complete home inspections for home buyers. This warranty covers failures in the main sewer line and main water line from the structure to the service connection. SewerGard is the only coverage available for the exterior water and sewer lines (exclusions apply) against failure from normal wear and tear.
Coverage for line breakage, collapses or significant leaks that affect the functionality of the homes sewer and water systems. SewerGard is offered for a period of 90 days following the date of inspection, or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later.
