Buyer’s Home Inspection Page

Buyer’s home inspection is sometime a stressful step in the home buying process sometimes. Having a home inspection gives you a piece of mind, but sometimes is just the opposite. The home inspector is there to  point out all the issues with the home that you are purchasing. You will be asked to absorb lots of information in a short period of time. The good news is that with all the inspections, the buyers will receive a written report that has lots of comments, pictures to help you better making the best decision, talking with contractors about any repairs.

So what you will find out in the inspection report:

  1. Major issues if any such as a structural problem
  2. Small issues that could lead to major problems if not fixed
  3. Safety issues such as missing smoke alarms, uneven steps that could be a trip hazard and many more.
